msvcr100.DLL and msvcr100.EXE are missing on my system.
All VC++ have been installed, removed, reinstalled, had a TOTAL WIN re-install with immediate install of VC++ 2010 (and SP1), did this in Safe Mode, Admin Account, I have done CMD (as Admin)...
