    Skype

I did a clean install of 20H2 today and all went fine. Got all my drivers and software installed no problems. However, when I download and install Skype for desktop....I can no longer use my Skype user name. I get message saying "my user name has been turned off". Is ther a fix for this?

I don't like being forced to use my MS account to log into skype. I wouldn't mind it so much if it weren't for the fact of all my contacts would be lost.

I can't help you solve your problem, but can tell you that I clean installed 20H2 last week (on an old Core 2 Duo machine) with Skype for desktop & signed in with a Skype name - so this would appear to be a problem specific to your installation rather than a general problem.
