Most of the Time yes, you may run across one or 2 programs that don't.
but may be because of other factors.

Thanks, I kinda thought so but wanted it verified. I have an 18 year old scanner I'm trying to install, I was able to install the software but the scanner won't run.
It runs in my Windows 7 VMplayer just fine, I'm trying to cut out the "middle man".

If the scanner is that old it may be 16 bit. In which case it will be hit or miss
to get it running in 10.
Some photo apps like paint shop pro have built in scanner support.
