    green screen when installing Bluestacks


    Hi
    since the last 2 Windows 10 Insider Preview Builds
    the software I used to run Android called Bluestacks has been giving me a green screen and a reboot
    with the error Unexpected kernel mode trap .
    haven't been able to sort it, anyone know of a fix or reason for the error.

    These are BSOD and for insiders should be reported to Microsoft using the insiders feeback hub.

    The database for debugging BSOD is provided by Microsoft.
    It typically is not populated / updated to debug the insiders build.

    The TF method has been to report using insiders feedback.

    If you post logs I'll have a look.
