Microsoft Store "Install on my devices" broken/corrupted

I've got two laptops, both with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (May 2020 Update) installed on them.

One of them has a problem with the "Install on my devices" drop down in the Microsoft Store where the window opens and just keeps spinning forever. The other laptop has no problems and instantly sees both laptops. Both are logged into the same Microsoft Account.

I've tried resetting the Microsoft Store and using PowerShell to uninstall and reinstall it. I ran the troubleshooter and that was of no help either.

Running WSreset.exe fixed it once, but the problem returned the next time I opened the Microsoft Store.

Any other ideas how to fix this?

Right-click Microsoft Store and select More --> App settings and click Reset button.

Use these batch scripts to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Store.

Ran both batch scripts, still not resolved.

Appreciate you taking the time to try to help.

Yesterday I even did an In Place Upgrade of Windows 10 using the ISO file, hoping a complete reinstall of the operating system would resolve it, but even that didn't.

Upon further investigation, I have a feeling the problem is related to my Microsoft Account.

On the other computer where I said the "Install on my devices" works fine, it actually works fine only in the first instance after I open the Microsoft Store. If I then go to another app and click on "Install on my devices" I get the same spinning icon. I have to close the Microsoft Store app and reopen it in order to get it to function properly.

Also, I've discovered at least 1 app, the Netflix app, that the Microsoft Store (via my Microsoft Account) is not recognizing as installed, when it actually is installed. Clicking the Install button and three dots does nothing.

This Netflix issue is affecting both laptops in the same exact way.
