Sadly, i tried everything, topgundcp's command line, and microsoft's too, and now i tried again and got the 0x800F0906 error code now.

This is the error code if i try the offline with win 10 installer:
Error: 0x800f081fThe source files could not be found.
Use the "Source" option to specify the location of the files that are required to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location, see Configure a Windows Repair Source.
topgundcp's command gives me this error: Error: 6800

    DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:E:\sources\sxs
Where the Source:E was the USB I used to do Win10 installation (E: should be whatever your drive letter is with the windows 10 ISO)
As letter case and spacing is very important, copy & paste the command into Notepad and change the drive letter only, then copy & paste into an admin command prompt.

Ok, this has always worked for me, but in the Microsoft Community, there is a thread I have been following, and there are other options. Maybe you want to read through it, and try some others(it's only six pages long): How to instal .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10

Great, you're welcome. Like I've said before, what works on one system, doesn't necessarily work on another.
