    Windows 10 Store error

Hello all, I new here so I hope I posted this to the right place. over the summer I built a new computer so this install of windows is only a few months old. I wanted to play halo wars again but I can't install the game. I just get the something happened on our end error and to please try again later. All apps give me this error so I cant install anything from the Microsoft store.

Ive done about every thing I can think of, reset the store cache, uninstalled and reinstalled with power shell commands. I even tried a repair install of windows no change. besides a clean install I don't know what else to try? The store hasn't worked from day one, I found out after trying to install itunes. I have no other problems with the computer other wise, If I log into my account on a other computer the store works, so I guess its not my account. On on windows 10 pro 2004 build 19041 .

Sorry to hear that this did not help.

Take a look at this thread:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...b-5db7663d2a41

Before you read and start trying to follow all the suggested steps, note that this particular person found that simply logging out of the store and back in resolved the issue for them. If you tried this already, then look at the rest of the steps.

FYI, when you respond back, please excuse me if I don't reply back too quickly. It's now 2:45 AM for me and I'm going to get some shuteye. I see that it's rather early for you as well .

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan

    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

Ive tried all that before but for giggles I tried again. didn't help. But I did notice on When they have you manually stop windows updates in cmd the command line C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old says accses denied Also said that with C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old . I opened the command prompt as administer and with the internet off like they said to.

I couldn't get the file uploader to cooperate. I think the pictures are to big. I tried to downscale them but they were still 3.5 mb, i think this site only lets up tp 2.0 mb . so I just uploaded to drop box.
