    App Not Compatible With Device.

Since I am using this computer at the moment I am trying to install apps on it but since this computer never got any updates (everytime this one is supposed to get an update there is a space related issue) but I get 'app is not compatible with this device'.

Use the Troubleshoot Compatibility in the contest menu when you RC to install it.

Monstermaster, pardon the sarcasm, but my crystal ball is in the shop so I am unable to determine the cause of the issue.

Ok, back to being serious - if you re-read your post, I think that you will agree that you have provided absolutely no useful information with which we could even begin to guess at what is happening. How about providing at a minimum some rudimentary information such as this:

    1) Exact make and model of computer as well as other specific details on the machine.
    2) The exact error messages indicating space related issues.
    3) How much space is actually available on your various drives / partitions.
    4) What app are we even talking about (include specific version).
    5) What version of Windows 10 are you running?
    6) Any other details such as what you may have already tried.

EDIT: For Windows version, include whether it is x86 or x64 and is the app x86 or x64 (if you know this).

App Not Compatible With Device Problem with App Installments.

Since I am using this computer at the moment I am trying to install apps on it but since this computer never got any updates (everytime this one is supposed to get an update there is a space related issue) but I get 'app is not compatible with this device', in case you're wondering I am using a Lenovo ideapad 100s (both of my computers are this brand, only this one is smaller), I have an E drive which is 800+ gb and a c drive which has 1.58 gb. In addition to this I am specifically trying to install Magic Kingdoms and Youtube downloader apps.

Ok, so having less than 2GB available on the C: drive may be the problem. Just temporary stuff like the installer for the apps may end up using a lot of that space plus all the stuff Windows does with virtual memory, etc.

See if you can possibly free up some space on the C: drive using the Disk Cleanup tool.

See this tutorial for some specific details:

Open and Use Disk Cleanup in Windows 10

If there is anything else located on C: that you can delete, relocate, etc. to free up a little space, that might be helpful.
