    Winaero Tweaker Stalling Sysprep?

I have pinpointed a severe stall time when performing a sysprep to applying Winaero Tweaker settings to my Windows 10 Pro base image, which setting it may be is undetermined. It has increased the initial startup time after running sysprep from 15min to almost 80min, it stalls on the "Getting Ready" screen. I used shift+F10 to access the CMD during the hangup and checked the setuperr.log but it is empty. When I checked the setupact.log the last entry was "WudfCoInstaller: Created marker file C:\Windows\system32\drivers\Msft_User_WpdFs_01_11_00.Wdf" which was created over 40min prior...nothing else was done in that 40+ min.

I do not have the exact Windows version number on hand at the moment.

I am wondering how these tweaks are being applied to the OS, I do not think it is using a group policy as this works on Home edition which has no group policy features. I am guessing the tweaker makes changes directly to the registry right? I am considering making my changes with a policy object instead which would be applied after the sysprep, but I am unsure if all my changes below can be made using a policy?

i use this program for some tweaks
most of them you can change by registry

i am not a programmer (yet) i do not know how the program works and effects
but there is a program in nirsoft, it is monitoring registry changes

I've been a long time user of Winaero. Unfortunately now half of the tweaks applied don't do anything (ie. Disable Windows Media Player context menu doesn't do anything so I have to do my own reg tweaks manually) and many others so I kinda don't trust it for now. It needs a big overhaul to be properly compatible with the latest edition of Windows.
