Adobe Creative Cloud stores information even after uninstallation

I don't know if that's legal to do that. But I once installed a trial of Adobe Photoshop, using Adobe Creative Cloud to download it. I didn't need it after trial ended so I uninstalled both Photoshop and Creative Cloud. Then I installed Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro Trial and it wants me to log with the email I put on the Creative Cloud. But, DC does not use Creative Cloud.. so how does he remember the email?

When you used CC, you created an Adobe account. That is the account information needed for Reader. I found Adobe Reader very bloated for the functionality and now just use Chrome to view and print .pdf files.
