Hi, can you post the text of the message (in text so it can be searched for)?
Hardly any of it is in the screenshot - clipped.
If the message is from some program you can identify the program using e.g.

All I see for text is what I posted. There is no more showing on the desktop. I'll take a look at that software, thanks.

Can you tell me how to open the help files for that software/ I have no idea how to use it.
Thanks for your reply.
It's self explanatory- left click and drag the finder (target top left) onto the window of interest and release.
Info about that window is displayed on its GUI.
The text at the top is the explanation.

WinSpy - Window Information Tool - AutoHotkey Community
For the program that they suggest applies that. You can also remove that notification using the task manager.
Thanks. I didn't have the more window open. (too much sun today). I appreciate your response. I'll look at her computer again with the tool.
Another possibility is to try to drag that onto the screen so you can read it. If you can't do that with its title bar, then get this tiny program and run it.

Press and hold the Alt key and left click anywhere on that window, then try to drag it onto the screen.
I couldn't drag the screen. I will try the program you mentioned if the Winspy doesn't do the trick. I have to wait for access to her computer, and will report back. Thanks.
Winspy did the trick. The sofware was a malware scanner that came with the bloatware on her new computer. Thank you all for your replies.
