I was searching for a program which shows me the programs/processes which access my hdd.
All I could find including internal tools and/or drivemon were not satisfying becaus they did never show me the program names.
The taskmanager shows me every now and then the use of 100% of the hdd, probably updates of different programs.
I couldn't find any software who does it.
Ideas ?

ok, ok, not bad, better than the others but still not what I wanted, sorry but thanks anyway.
Let me be more precise:
imagine you have a software where you chose one of your hdd (C:, G:, H: in my case)
and all programs that read/write from/to it are listed.
Nice to have would be to see the percentage of the usage
If you click on View > System Information in Process Explorer, you can see live graphs of usage (and at the top of the main window).
Hover your mouse over the Disk graph and you can see what process is using the most resources.
Percentages don't really mean much.
Right-click on the process with high usage and select the Threads tab and the Disk and Network tab to see what it's doing.
You can add additional metrics to the processes list by right-clicking on a column header and clicking Select Columns.

the r/w counter is very simple, no grafics but all information in one view,
the processexplorer is too overloaded but has grafics for visualisation.
