new p2 ssd replacement did it threw amazon micron crucial support were not very good in the end i went with amazon got it yesterday, installed the new firmware and all is good now :)

Once you launch Crucial Storage Executive a small screen will open forever and nothing happens. I found out that on Task Manager (CTRL+Shift+Esc) six Chromium tasks are loaded.




If you end all Chromium tasks "Zulu Platform x64 Architecture" launches Firefox (my default web browser) and then Crucial Storage Executive is loaded on a Firefox tab with the http://localhost:8080/storageexecutive/gui/sysinfo address.

I don't have this bug with the latest version, I have Windows 11. The latest version of Crucial Storage Executive is even better on my old desktop than previous versions. Before when I clicked on the entries in the tree on the left it told me something like "the ssd could not be found". The latest version has solved this problem.

I have the same problem with versions 7, 9 and 10.
