Crucial is another IT firm with poor support who make contact difficult since no email address is given nor is there a web page to report issues. Very poor.

Same here on 5 computers.
Went back to an older version and emailed Crucial.
We shall see.

I posted the web page to report issues.

Says "Contact Form"...in huge letters.
