Watch out if you use Rufus to create bootable drives from ISO's
The latest version doesn't give an option to use FAT32 in some cases when creating a UEFI boot drive (or hybrid MBR/UEFI CSM boot).
A lot of UEFI computers don't boot NTFS drives -- OK the latest ones do but there's a lot of old ones out there still.
Hopefully RUFUS will fix in a future release.

I had a similarly disappointing surprise with Rufus getting the 2004 iso onto a FAT32 bootable USB.
But my understanding from this post below, is the larger install.wim that's downloaded, and that's bigger than 4gb is not a Rufus issue.

My short experience with Rufus was even though the FAT32 option was not offered for the 2004 iso, the process created the disk with a main NTFS partition suitable for this large install.wim
and
it also created what looked to be a separate FAT32 stub on the USB called 'Drive F:' with a single /gpt folder, I believe it was, which I assumed was some kind of 'workaround'?
Honestly I stopped at that point in my test and took a different path.
Rufus has done this for a long time, it´s not a bug. It is used when the ISO contains files grater than 4 GB. Rufus creates a partition with the NTFS drivers necessary to boot. For this to work, Secure Boot must be disabled, I don´t know if this has changed.
The latest does it when GPT is selected. If MBR is selected it can do FAT32. So it's a Rufus solution to be made.
