I downloaded "Standalone Nightly (x64)" from GitHub - pebakery/pebakery: PEBakery is a script engine that specializes in customizing the Windows Preinstalled Environment (WinPE/WinRE).
I ran "PEBakeryLauncher.exe" and got "Unable to find project". What should I do?
Did you download the full W10XPE project first?
Extract W10XPE to a short path (eg. C:\XPE), then download and extract PEBakery and extract it "inside" the XPE folder.
PEBakery is a replacement for the standard builder exe included in the XPE package.
Maybe you did this already? Just let me know and we'll take it from there.

Hi you can get Win10XPE_2020-07-08.7z from initial post of Win10XPE - Build Your Own Rescue Media that will give you the Project files your after. So your base folder will contain PEBakeryLauncher.exe, Win10XPE.exe etc etc as well as the project folder, after launch you will need to just initially 'Select the Windows source' and check a basic build before adding anything
or direct from ChrisR's github posting
btw Homes32 has done all the documentation for PEBakery and is an invaluable source of authenticated advice, rather than peoples guessing trying to be helpful, but of course, is a very busy man
ps make sure you follow advice on configuring the PEBakeryCompat.ini for the project you're using ie Win10XPE in this case

unless I misunderstand and you're referring to kyhi's additional project scripts, in which case, not from github

just went to the given link, downloaded the two files, Win10XPE_2020-07-08.7z.001 and Win10XPE_2020-07-08.7z.002
rhclick Win10XPE_2020-07-08.7z.001 and extracts to Win10XPE_2020-07-08 OK and project works

Thanks. I have extracted "Win10XPE_2020-07-08.7z" into "Win10XPE".
Now, PEBakeryLauncher can find the Win10XPE project.
Looks like "PEBakeryLauncher.exe" and the folder "Binary" are inside your "Standalone Nightly" folder.
If so, move the files in your "Standalone" folder into the "Win10XPE" folder.
I really hope it will work out for you, because extracting the files is (shall we say) not the hardest part of creating a working PE...
