    How to make Cortana Say Custom stuff


    OK so i want Cortanta To have Custom commands. I would say I would use it for..... Technical reasons but...... I really want her to say mean, and funny stuff.

    Anyways that's off topic All i want to do Is to change what cortana Says... How would i Do that
    Maybe with Resource Hacker i thought But No I Cant Because I dont even know what file to edit If anyone could tell me a way that could be able to change What she says that would be awesome.

    Unfortunately speech interpretation and responses depend on an internet connection. I.e. the 'intelligence' is located on MS servers. Some minimal responses are held locally.

    Try speaking to Cortana with no internet connection.

    Cortana sounds like my sister-in-law.
    That's why I never use it.

    The only thing I use it for (with Hey cortana off to reduce resource use to 0) is for reminders via Win key + C.

    That works reasonably, except when on the second time of asking, despite everything being set to British English, Cortana reverts to

    What do "yer wanner" be reminded about?
    or
    What do "yer wanner" remember?

    which makes me wince...!!
