Just trying to think of any differences that might be related to this:

    - you might need to check they are all using language packs- maybe there's a single language edition available for Italian- and check what the default O/S language is. Then there's the question of which O/S build they are using.

As to a resolution- because this is an interaction with an MS server for speech recognition and processing, I'm not sure it's going to be easy to find a way forward at user level.

Of the three that don't work, two people are 1909, one person is 1903.

As for language packs, I haven't understood what you mean.

For example, I have not installed the language packs.

When you download the windows ISO file with the windows tool it seems to me that an Italian version is downloaded.

I heard microsoft and she said I have to wait for the 2004 version.

Soon I will open a thread to install 2004 in "native mode" on .vhdx file

I suppose there must be a clue as regards the one person for whom this works. DNS? ISP?

As regards language packs, my O/S's default language is US, and I use UK language packs. There are many more I could use. But there are also single language versions of Windows. Thus users can have different underying configurations. As to whether that matters here- that's another question entirely.

One thing you might try just out of curiosity: launch Cortana, and say
"Show me my reminders" (in Italian of course).

She should display them and read them aloud.

I tried to tell cortana to show me the reminders and she showed them to me but she didn't read them verbally, she didn't give an error.

For the moment let's stop here, I would like to test the 2004 version. Can I install the 2004 dual boot? I would like to do a native boot on vhdx files. I open another thread though.

It's all pointing somehow to an Italian language-related issue somehow, possibly server-related in some manner.

Whatever you do with 2004, don't upgrade to it. We're slowly discovering more bugs/problems. By all means run it as a virtual machine.

Unfortunately I have news that leaves me perplexed.

I installed the 2004 version and cortana doesn't work. He tells me that the Italian language is not supported.

I searched around for solutions and found that a special app has been created.

But I would like more information on what to do because I would not want to create a shed with the system version and that of the app.

Cortana changes completely in 2004 becoming an app from the Store.
As of 27/5/20 MS say this of languages & Cortana:

(you may need to download some language pack).
