Just my opnion -
This is a very good program that I have used for years!
It does need a bit of GUI and context sensitive help polishing but the program itself is a nice piece of software.

Just my opinion but this seems like a very morally grey method of getting this app. It appears to be a previously registered version of the official May 25th give away, with a modified 3rd party installer by a site with no affiliation to the creators of the app.
As I said, just my opinion.
Well, that raises a giant red flag, doesn't it. You have to check with the developer, first.
Usually the installer is for licensing purposes but in could be packed with malware, PUP's, etc.
I sometimes use:
