    Cannot download GroupMe

    Hi,
I'm trying to download GroupMe for Windows (win 10, 2004) but I get an error message about a missing protocol.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks,
    Ed

Those are the System Requirements, which looks like you have.

Are you downloading it from the Microsoft Store?

Yes, that's where I try to download it. Alas, I do get an error message. See attached.

Try a different browser, like Microsoft Edge.

Tried that, same unknown protocol message.
It must have something to do with my Win setup, I guess.

Do you have an Xbox? Sounds like one is required.

No, I don't have an Xbox and I don't think it's a requirement. The MS page only mentions a win 10 PC.
