Hi, you can restore it - see tutorial
Restore Windows Photo Viewer in Windows 10

    from
    Windows 10 Tutorial Index

or more conveniently with this very useful tweaker with full explanations:

Note: current experience with build 2004 suggests it can be restored for all users.
    Is Windows Photo Viewer gone?

    This one?

Back in 2001-03 FuturixImager used to be a Top 5 photo viewer/editor for Windows. But things have changed, photo viewers are now included with all decent operating systems - so I stopped updating Imager somewhere around 2009. It didn't help that I wrote it in Delphi (an ancient programming language that I grew to dislike) - and upgrade prices for the recent versions of it are simply outrageous.

If recommending, could be good to point out a distinctive feature.

Not Picasa, unless you want your images to start appearing in the public domain of peoples' search requests ....

Picasa was discontinued by Google in 2016 It will still work in basic form if you already have it installed but is totally unsupported and no longer under development Picasa - Wikipedia

    Hi,
Depends softpedia for example has nothing but dirty download among others
Since nobody posted a link to a download op would be at the risk of whatever search results may have come up.
