When you rip a music CD to Windows, what program do you use?

I have a Mac and when I put the CD in, iTunes pops up so that I can import it, but FLAC is not one of the options.
If I want to save the CD music files in FLAC in Windows, what program do I have to use?

Windows Media Player will do FLAC or you could try Foobar 2000

    spunk,

I just tried using the ImTOO app but it crashes every time I open it. Do you have another app suggestion?

It seems like dBpoweramp is a popular choice for Mac. Would it not be a good choice for Windows?
