I have downloaded this program and it’s found my duplicate photos very quickly.

It has put check boxes next to what it considers duplicates. Unfortunately it’s not the so-called duplicates I want to delete but the ones highlighted in blue - presumably the photos it considers originals.

The ones marked duplicate, I have in the correct folders already so I don’t want to delete them.
I can’t find anything in the Help file.

is there a way of reversing the checked boxes or will I have to find another program?

I took a real quick glance at the user guide. There is mention of promoting the selected files into reference files. You might try doing that and see if that causes the opposite set of files to be marked as duplicates. It's just a wild guess at this point, but maybe worth investigating.
