    Desktop Delphi Toasts App

What in the world is this?Desktop Delphi Toasts App-toasts-what.png

Possibly unreleated or possibly related: I get quite a few command prompts flash up and close throughout any time I have my PC on. It has happened again just now and I was able to read that the title said something that began with "dollya..."

Is that a virus? I have done a full system scan with Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. Both came back with nothing.

I then used RKill, which returned false positives.

    Google gave me this:

What is a Windows 10 Toast notification?
In Windows 10, whenever a notification message is required to show to the user, its shown in the form of a toast notification. Toast notifications are a part of the new modern UI of Windows 10 which are shown in rectangular shape using slide-in and slide-out animation.

I don't think the question is about notifications. Instead, it's about why they keep popping up time and time again.

It's not clear whether the pictured Delphi is the culprit, because OP seems to be referring to a "dollya" something or other. Some clarity is needed.

The question is about why this program has shown up in my start menu programs all of a sudden? What is it??

I did not just recently buy this Windows 10 pc that I have. The dollya thing was a different question

Looks like it may be Delphi Firemonkey. If you don't want it, uninstall it (right click, uninstall).

I right click it and then left click Uninstall.

Programs and Features - Uninstall or change a program loads. However, the "Desktop Delphi Toasts App" is not on the list

    Desktop Delphi Toast App

Hi All, just went through the labourious task of registering on the forum to inform you all that 'Desktop Delphi Toast App' is a shortcut to 'Spybot Anti-beacon', an app that 'immunises' against much of Windows privacy-invading telemetry. Why it is called that I don't know; maybe so that Microsoft don't twig too soon and update their software to make Anti-beacon less effective.
