Out of curiosity, as you've sensibly tried delaying the scheduled task, try running task manually from the task scheduler.

Press the Windows key + R.
Run the following:
C:\HA\Homeautomation.Manager.exe
Good news! Now, run the following via Command Prompt:
C:\HA\Homeautomation.Manager.exe
Tried running the task in Task Scheduler manually using the Run button (I hope that's what you meant?)
Same thing... Starts briefly, then crashes.
So, in summary, I can only start the app by manually clicking on the shortcut on the desktop (or the pinned icon on the taskbar) or with Start-Run.
Run the following via an elevated Command Prompt:
sfc /scannow
