There is no link to click and download on the site, well, not for me anyway!
I don't want to particularly want to sign up!

That was one of the problem I have always had as with hosting with FMFiles..
Always had issue with others trying to download a share file link...
    thus I just gave up..

another link to try > File upload and sharing. Large file transfers. Free online cloud storage.

    I get the message . . .

This folder is set to "Private Access"
Files are available only to the owner and identified users who have been directly emailed via "Share" function.

Not to worry, I was just interested so as to save for an occasion when it MIGHT be needed!
I do have a version created by SIW2 somewhere and a Linux LIVE CD which are very good.

It appears that I would have to Pay to upgrade to a Pro/Business Account to allow public access...
MEGA works just fine for me... I keep the Download Demand down by not hosting 1GB+ download file sizes...
Yet users can create their own Rescue Media with XPE - if they took the time...

I have used it to create a Chinese version of Windows PE. You may create an English one.

I have a Linux Mint Live SD card, which is very good too.

I have already used it to create Windows PE. I have several different brands of Windows PE, in Chinese and English.

Wimbuilder is Win10XPE - but written using Batch Commands rather then Script..
Basicly It is Win10XPE written in a different code format - yet is lacking in Apps due to that code format..
Win10XPE will also create a Chinese version - if you where to add IME to "Additions" / "Run After Script"...

IME was not added as an Option to the General Public - yet was always available in Win10XPE Project...

Even the AZIN Project uses Win10XPE for its Base Windows 10 Support
