How Do I STOP Windows InCulture from loading at Startup ?

    I run Windows 10 O/S.

Every time I turn on my computer I get this annoying screen whose only ID is windows.com/inculture.

I have enough culture and do not want more forced upon me.

How do I stop this thing from invading my computer ?

    Thank you,

    Richard S.

have to Hi not giving you a solution to your issue but you really should link to the other places you asked the question at. it will help the people answering your question not having you do something that has been tried already or suggested.

    Here's what happens:

    1. Turn On Computer
    2. Windows Logo
    3. Choose O/S
    4. Bucolic picture of Land or Animals
    5. Short sentence on content of picture
    6. Click on words
    7. Asks for PIN
    8. Screen Saver comes up
    9. Microsoft In Culture Screen comes up (URL microsoft.com/inculture/ "big alphanumeric string"

It's going to #9 that I want to stop. Nothing referring to InCulture found on Startup Menu.

    Thanks for the help.

It would be more helpful if someone actually new the answer to the problem instead of the "shotgun" technique.

    I'll look elsewhere for assistance.

To be honest I've never even heard of Microsoft InCulture before.

    ...oh, I see.

If you click on the words, Windows assumes you want more information on the picture you clicked on.

When unlocking the computer I just press any key on the keyboard or if that doesn't work click elsewhere on the screen and that brings up the login page. Try clicking on the time instead of that text next time.

    Or just change the picture.
