    Unhandled Exception

I keep having an "Unhandled Exception" error as well as ".NET Framework" popup when launching Bobs Track Builder on Steam. I had no issues running the software first time, but ever since I added a specific XPack (user created models/textures for building track objects) it throws up this error:

    Error 1: https://i.imgur.com/KlgbsW1.jpg
    Error 2: https://i.imgur.com/IANRjqv.jpg
Pastebin of the full Unhandled Exception: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debuggi - Pastebin.com

Click the pastebin link it will take you to the copy and paste.

I used to use the License version on the website with no issues with Xpacks, but this has been ported to Steam now.

I have tried giving the game folder full access, unblocking, and unticking read only (which re-enables read only mode every time?)

I reinstalled Windows 10 last night and that allowed me to use it, but adding in certain XPacks and enabling them brings up this error.

This has happened with 2 different XPacks now, and I don't know whether it is going to work with them unless I make a track, save the project and then try to load it again. Even removing the .zip and completely uninstalled and reinstalling the folders keeps briging up these errors.

When I launched the program first after reinstalling Windows, it prompted for .NET Framework 3.5, which it installed, and it needs 2.0 which I have. I am just stumped...

    The message

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. lf you click Continue. the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. lf you click Quit. the application will close immediately: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    - which I have screen OCR'd for you. (Unsing Imgur rather than forum features and screenshot only makes this harder).

presumably arises because of access being denied to Trackside_objects.zip

You will need to examine that file to see why you/the program doesn't have access rights. As it's a zip file, you should be able to open it yourself, if access were not denied. Examining its properties (Security tab) may tell you more, as might its location.

As this is program specific, I suggest you look first to a dedicated forum or the program's support.
