All Apps not listing all apps
Hi
I have installed "IrfanView" and it is working fine; however, when I list "all apps" it does not show this programme. Is there a fix for this please?
Many thanks

Hi, screenshot please- where are you trying to list these?
What is your exact Windows build as prompted by the forum when you wrote your post?
What is the version of Irfanview? Is it 32 bits? 64?
Thanks.
Hi dalchina and thanks
Apologies I am technically challenged at times. I did check my profile was up-to-date before posting and thought "1909" was what mattered. I now realise I should have added 18363.778
The version of IrfanView is 64 bit
On the start menu is the option "All apps" - this lists everything from "3D Viewer" to "Your Phone" and includes items I have installed such as "Eset" but does not include IrfanView. I just wondered whether there was a simple fix.
Thanks again.
Thanks Jacee and if I do as you say, well then it lists IrfanView.
I just wondered why when I click on "all apps" from the start menu it does not list this programme.
I am sure you know the route I mean - I would post an image but I am confused about how to do this.
It doesn't show in the list on my start menu either. I made a shortcut for this app, so I can reach it when wanted/needed.
Ok ... at least I am not alone!
I'll make a shortcut as you say.
Thanks Jacee
Hi, I can't actually see an All apps option in the Win 10 start menu e.g.
10 Ways to Customize the Windows 10 Start Menu
- I normally use something else so perhaps am missing something.
This tells you how to access the folders comprising the start menu.
How to Open the Start Menu Folder in Windows 7 or 10
When I install Irfanview I see this:
1. Options- you need to select the right one.
- not deselect the one that enables the shortcuts to be created.
2/ After installing I see (in Open shell) that shortcuts are created and exist in the start menu folders (see link above)
3. In Win 10's start menu I see:
4. Finally I see these shortcuts in a folder in Win 10's start menu:
