    Hey, good idea
Yes it works, I can log in again.
But still not possible to download anything...

I even tried to reinstall the Store App!

The Store Apps Troubleshooter still suggests to login and provides a link to open the account page.
On the account settings page, everythink looks identical as on my other Computer/Notebook using the same login!

I still think that the Troubleshooter suggestion is a hot lead to solve the problem!

    Any more ideas?

Do you use third party antivirus? If so try disabling it.
Also sign out of the XBox app & sign in again. (I personally cannot see why this would make any difference but it’s a recommended fix).
    Run wsreset.exe - start>run.
Change the DNS servers for the adapter:
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click the Properties button.
DNS server addresses and enter 8.8.8.8 as Preferred DNS server and 8.8.4.4 as Alternate DNS server.
Make sure you’re using the correct store version for your Country.

Have you tried resetting the update components? Open cmd prompt/powershell with admin & enter:
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
Restart the PC & try updating again. If this fails/doesn’t correct the problem then click start, run, type regedit & click enter & find: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
Try deleting the entries WUServer and WIStatusServer in the right pane if they’re there, if not don’t worry.

    Is there any error code?
What happens when you log out then log in again to the store?

    The Error Code is
I can log out and login again to the store with no errors. But the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter still reports, that I have to login to a Microsoft Account.

Log out & run the app troubleshooter, it should still say to log in, then do this & run the troubleshooter again & see what happens.
Can you now download anything from the App Store or is this affected?
    Try this:
Right click on start & choose powershell with admin & enter:
    SFC /SCANNOW
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Thanks again, but no luck so far.

But I found out something new: I spotted one difference on this computer compared to my laptop: While booting Windows 10, the Welcome Screen doesn't show my User Name. Only my email address!
When opening the Account Settings, there should be three line beneath the User Profile picture: The USER NAME in black bold letters and uppercase, the email and the Account type (Administrator) in normal grey letters. However, on this PC I see only two lines: EMAIL in black bold letters and uppercase and Administrator in normal grey letters.

I tried to correct it using the netplwiz tool. In this tool, I click on Advanced Tab and again on Advanced (a window called lusrmgr openes) and edited the User Folder to make everything look like on my laptop (e.g. adding my complete User Name).
When I've done that I can see all tree lines in the Account Settings. But it disappears again after rebooting my computer!!!

I feel that there must be the solution approach! Why aren't the Account changes I make with netplwiz saved after a reboot?

Under Settings>accounts is you account listed? Is there more than one account? Is is listed as a local or Microsoft account?
It sounds like there’s two accounts on the PC or that one’s become corrupted. That’s out of my area of expertise if it is the case.
