    Video conference using skype

    Hi

is it possible to conduct a Video Conference with multiple people using the Skype that came with Windows 10,
    my machine is fully updated.

If it can be done is there a tutorial available for doing so.

Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

    Regards

You should be able to connect a video conference call. Their site says 50 participants.

Not sure how that would work in terms of logistics, who has the floor, what is displayed on screen, etc. Also not sure how bandwidth plays into all of this.

That said the documentation says 50.

I would assume they would all have to be contacts in your Contacts book.

    From their FAQ page

How do I make a call in Skype? | Skype Support

    Expand section on Group Calls.

It may be easier to use this facility.

Organize conference calls on Skype with one click | Skype

It appears you basically share a link, through email, then everyone joins. Sort of like Zoom.

Watch who you share link with, don't want to get videobombed.

    Hi Ken

thanks for the information, I couldn't sort through the myriad of responses on a Google search
but your links are spot on.
