💻Windows 10 Home 1909

I found a github post that confirmed to me this is possible:
"So I successfully got color emojis to be added to the segoe ui symbol font on Win7. I cleared out the font of everything above 0xFFFF using FontForge, then modified SCFBuild to take in the cleaned font instead of creating a new font. However, it's not perfect since some of the b/w glyphs give me tofu, and there were quite a few errors that were thrown while it was building."

The emoji panel uses the Segoe UI Emoji.otf font file.

I have FontLab studio 5.2.2 - Easy to open system fonts,
& Fontforge - could not figure out how to open system fonts.
& Birdfont.

On birdfont, I could see the describing word - but couldn't figure out how to pull that up on Fontlab - such as "smile", or "snowflake" or "pc" 😊❄💻

Can somebody please dumb this process down for me, I would greatly appreciate it. 🙏😌 Yes, with 🖼 or 🎥

I just want to add new ones if I can't find them - or more specifically add my own logo/favicons.
I'm out for a bit today, so I may be a bit to respond until later this evening or tomorrow.

Thanks for any help. 💁*♂️
