Save Print Output As vs Ccleaner

Place an online order and click “Print this page for your records”. Get a Print box to select printer. I print to PDF or XPS Document which sends me to “Save Print Output As” dialogue box and automatically loads Documents folder. I select Desktop as the save to location. It will continue to print to desktop as long as I do not run Ccleaner which resets it to Documents. Which Ccleaner setting is doing this or is there a way to set a permanent default to Desktop?

Unchecked and issue gone. Will do some more research and see what else this might affect.
Kind of feel like I need to get a W4 form filled out on you so that you can be on the payroll.
