How do I make 'repeat' default in Windows photos application? Thanks windows 10 home, version 1909

I want photos application to keep on playing the video from start again and again.

First thing you should do is not use photos app for videos, I wouldn't even use it for photos

Download a dedicated video player with some decent user controls ... Daum Potplayer and/or VLC.

Have you made a video clip out of a collections of images? If so, why not just use an image program that permits slide shows.

A bit more information on what you've got, what you're using, what you're trying to achieve, etc will get some more definitive suggestions/responses.

Thanks, I download vlc media player but when I tried to install potplayer, I got a warning of virus threat. I will just try vlc now.
