All not Windows Apps are disappeart after system restore

My laptop Windows 10 Home Version 1909 was automaticly updatet.
After small problems in a program I triad to restore the system as usually by going back to a earlier restore point.
But no restore point was found in 1909.
I found a new box for restoring the system which I used. After that everythink was diffrent. Many of non Windows programs are not found any more. There was a list with all removed programs but I am not able to go back and reinstall all.
Has any one a idea to get back these apps/programs back to my laptop they are very importent for my job.

You have to use Microsoft Store to install none Windows 10 default build-in apps.
You can use the batch script attached to this post to install Windows 10 default build-in apps.

After a restore or reset, all previous Restore Points are deleted. They have no relevance any more. This "List" of removed programs..... is it in a folder on your desktop? If so, it sounds like you did a Reset from the Recovery Menu. That option will retain your files and the Windows Store Apps, but none of your 3rd party (non-Windows) programs/apps. This is normal. Not what you want, but it's normal.

Look at the C: directory on your machine and see if you have a Windows.old folder. Reset will create one. If it's there, you may be able to go back by using the option to Restore to Previous Version in Recovery.
