Hi, if you're referring to the UWP Maps app that comes with Windows, then please realise these apps use a new programming model that does not use exe's and dll's.

To launch the Maps app you have these URI's:

    bingmaps:
    ms-drive-to:
    ms-walk-to:

    (See
Settings Pages List of URI Shortcuts in Windows 10
    )

For example, an Autohotkey line that launches the app is:

    run, bingmaps:

The one I've given you is the default Maps app.

For anything else from the Store you'll have to do your own homework or ask the author.
There may be a way if you explore the folder where apps are normally stored:
Where are Windows Store Apps installed & how to access WindowsApps folder

and find out what the app filename is.

See this idea to get the information you need to launch one from the command line:

    Matt,

Is there by any chance a misunderstanding at play?

The Maps app [built-in to Windows 10 and available from the Store] is what runs Maps. You are not trying to use an external application at all. The Maps app is in your Start menu and it opens the Maps. You do not need to do anything else at all.
    - You can also create your own shortcuts to it [as noted by dalchina] but that is still using the Maps app not something else.
    - You can use Maps for all over the world whilst online & can download maps for offline use - Settings, Apps, Offline maps.

To add to that... perhaps you could explain what you want to achieve by this:
