How do I use Windows Execute (Win+R) with python or node?

Please, does someone know how to use python or node scripts in Windows Execute omitting its extension?
Like I can do with other extensions like .bat, .exe, ...

    Example:
    PATH environment variable: C:\bin
    file: C:\bin\script.py
    Windows Execute: script arg1 arg2

How do I use Windows Execute (Win+R) with python or node?-run_window_0.jpg

Editing the PATHEXT environment variable only works with prompt command

Thank you really much! that is a great way to approach
if any other one knows how to do that with a similar approach of changing PATHEXT environment variable it would be perfect
