    Hi Steven,

    Did you maybe have Office 2016 installed before you upgraded to 2019?

    Can you tell what is shown if you right click a office document like doc,docx or xlsx and choose "Open with"?

    Does only CCleaner see Office 2019 as 2016 or other programs also?

    Here is an interesting link maybe office updades my have something to do with it.

    thanks for replying, I noticed it was because the file system is the same as office 2016

I finally took the free upgrade today and I ran the CCleaner free program and the registry scan came up with a ton of errors. Should I clean them all and use the save the file feature? or just leave it alone? Thanks! :)
