OAG - NOT crazy about 'overkill' - I figure it's some simple switch somewhere butt ...
YES, 1909 is latest; UPDATE hasn't rolled to this PC yet. I'll BKUP my Data and force 1909-update.
As for .Net Framework, I see partial 3.5 AND partial 4.8/WCF-Services
I don't see anything about TCP Port Sharing

    Thx

I just installed MS Money on the latest Win10 RTM and got only a message that it would update those things that were needed, no problems. It did not affect the default installs of .NET Framework 3.5 and .NET 4 Framework 4.8.

I am running MS Money Sunset on Windows 10 Pro for the past two years. Through all of the Windows 10 Pro upgrades, currently running on Insiders Fast. As I remember when installing MSMS and towards the end of the install it states it needs a couple of other files and then proceeds to go onto the Internet, find and install them, then proceed to finish install MSMS. BTW isn't the current, non insider version of Windows 10, 1909? Clean install of Windows 10 then installing MSMS may be overkill but I don't see where it will hurt and probably will help. Good Luck.

Just took a look at my system and I DO NOT have IE 11 checked in Other Features but as I mentioned in the preceding reply about MS Office Sunset it does not appear to be necessary. I only use MS Edge NOT IE. FWIW.
I'm surprised MS Money works for you without having IE11 since the last UK version of Money certainly does require IE - that's installation file Money2005-UK-QFE2.exe

was hoping to find a quick-solution and NOT Clean Install. But no quick-solutions nor Repair worked. Clean Install W10 ... and voila ... msMoney works fine!

Now ... I'll spend 'leap weekend' re-customizing this PC.

    Thx ALL for comments.

After that long weekend, I suggest getting an image with Macrium Reflect to an external drive so you can always have the clean finished setup for an esay restore if needed.

I just installed MS Money to see if it would install on my laptop running the Insider Fast Build and it installed without any problems. I would like to try it but the text is to small. Any way to increase the text size?

Find the .exe file and play around with the dpi settings under compatibility.

I haven't fiddled with my settings but I use 125% screen scaling on a 1920x1080 resolution monitor and 150% on a 2560x1440 resolution monitor.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give it a try and see if I can get the size to increase. If I can I'll give MS Money a try and see if I like it better than the paid program I use on my desktop.

    Which paid program?
