Microsoft SyncToy x64. Pushing 11 years old, but a simple, fast, reliable folder/file backup/sync app that does one thing and does it well.
I use Macrium to image my OS drive and SyncToy 2.1 x64 for my two data drives.

    Photoshop alternative - Paint.net

I love paint.net. It's free but accepts donations, great support forum and regularly updated. It can be fiddley - there's a lot you can do with it, but I keep it simple. Highly recommend!

My best must have programs (in no particular order) are:

    1. 7-zip (No. 1 for compression)
    2. sysinternals programs (Process explorer/monitor, TPCView etc..)
    3. Dev programs from MS, (VS, VSCode, PowerShell etc.)
    4. mTail (to tail bussy log files such as firewall log)
    5. gpg4Win (for encryption/signing etc..)
    6. ScreenToGif (to record a gif, find it on github)
    7. OBS Studio (to record/stream my screen)
    8. Imgur4Windows (store app to share captures on imgur)

These are all either verified publishers or open source.
No need to post links, googling these out should give you instant result
