Question re Macrium application - latest build.

For several years I have successfully used macrium (which had got me out of many self inflicted errors). With all the recent updates, I decided to burn new rescue disks. In the past I just inserted my previous disks and, via the bios, booted into the rescue disk.
I have just done another disk, which would not run - did another which now included the option of making it bootable.
NOW, when I start up my computer (or restart for any reason) without any disk or USB inserted, I get a window that gives me the choice of a window 10 startup OR Macrium startup.

Is this normal, in that without any rescue disk inserted it will (if selected) carry out a restore operation?
I use windows 10 - version 1909 (OS build 18363.657)
Your thoughts/enlightenment appreciated.

You have created a Macrium Boot menu which is handy if you get any issues. You still need to create a recovery medium if the computer doesn't boot at all. If you boot to macrium recovery it's easy to get back to the boot screen to boot to Windows. Image showing the option to create Macrium boot option and here to remove if needed.

Thank you so much guys - a clear and simple explanation that even I can understand.

I did in fact remove the macrium boot aspect, so that I could try my previous 'known' method. This has highlighted a further problem.
Both the new created usb or the DVD rescue disks will not work - when the source is selected in the bios, computer restarts and without hesitation goes straight through to normal windows 10 bootup.
Further suggestions welcomed.

Thank you once again everyone - must admit some of this is beyond my grasp.
Of my computers One is is a 64 bit UEFI PC. (Win 10) - by chance I had started this up by selecting the CD/DVD in the bios.
Nothing happened although some CD activity was noticed. I got called away by a phone call so left the machine. Returned after approx 3-5 minutes and HOORAY there was the wonderful screen with the required macrium info and options. It would seem that I did not have the necessary patience on this occasion and assumed that a previous restore attempt had failed.
Bit of embarrassment - but perhaps this experience might be noted by others and be of some help.

The other three machines are all legacy, with MBR disks. Will try again and see what happens if I leave running for several minutes. will report what happens later.

Glad you're sorted.
" You may notice a lag during boot on CD/DVD rescue media whilst the WIM is copied into memory. This can take some time, so please be patient. PE 4.0/5.1 media on UEFI systems may additionally display no progress bar during initial load, so please be patient if you have a blank screen. "

Three out of four now functioning correctly - the remaining one I suspect needs a fresh install and everything done from square one.
