Recently I have upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7, I'm trying to run Windows Movie Maker as I transferred all the files over, but I get a message saying 'The System Cannot Find The file Specified'. I've seen online that other people have got it to work so am hoping its something simple, anyone any ideas?
Have you tried going Update & Security - Troubleshoot - Program Compatibility Troubleshooter
You can make/edit movies on the windows 10 photo app although not as easy to edit
As the old windows movie maker - I believe the old windows movie maker was depreciated in 2017

Would the Movie Maker listed above for Windows 10 be able to open existing files made with the old Movie Maker, also with the one above it looks like you can save videos but not edit them later.

And download the windows movie maker classic 2016 Scanned for virus/Rather Edge browser did and was OK
It seems to work OK on my win 10 1909 OK
Here are some screenshots I did - I have no idea if will load saved videos you did before
I also went security and updates Troubleshoot - and selected capability problems and selected movie maker
And was able to save the video
I use to use the old windows movie make a long time ago on my poetry site I think I had win XP then
You can do much the same on the windows 10 photo app to make videos

You can download Windows Live Essentials 2012 from this site. I installed it on my W10 systems and it works. Just pick what you want to install. I use Movie Maker and Photo Gallery and they work great.
