    removing Intel product/computing improvement program(s)

Sigh. good ole telemetry. Id be much less annoyed if this stuff wasnt hanging out in my control panel.

Plus im considering a ryzen build and if I move forward with it, I'm going to be using the image from my current pc.

that means ill be on an amd system with intel product and computing improvement programs hanging out in my control panel.

    Anyone have any insight?

Images are for refreshing systems that properly match the image.

Your new AMD box does not. So do a fresh install.

Not anymore they arent. images can be placed on any pc with any hardware configuration. modern softwares like macrium for example has "restore/deploy to differing hardware" and its all but failproof.

Thank god for that as my computer is so highly customized and so many years in the making to accommodate my workflow with build environments and custom menu items that id never have the time nor be willing to spend it starting from base windows.

ill be using "this" windows for the rest of my life unless microsoft decides that windows 10s perpetuity is to be no more and moves on to a new and improved windows 11 lol.

Id be crushed, but that'd be the only way.

But, im getting off topic! Thats only one of the annoyances presented by intels incredibly forward and in your face design decision.
