    All I have seen are additional context menu entries such as the one I illustrated. I have not seen any re-associations or prompts to install software that would effect a re-association.

    Well if you installed that software it might have left a scheduled task after uninstall or at least it did on my machine.

    Just an empty one. Nothing much to worry about but it was present (left over) after a monitored install/ uninstall. The rest was removed - no problem.
