Unable To Stop YouTube "Auto Play"

I'm having a problem with YouTube on Chrome. I can't turn off "auto play" because the blue toggle box is missing from the right top corner. If this is a new feature from YouTube?, I'm not sure I like it. Has anyone figured out how to permanently stop (not just clicking the cancel button) YouTube from playing the next video automatically? Thanks: Dave

Still there for me, try refreshing the page, or are you in a playlist?

Also, access it from the player...

I'm not in a play list just a video clip. When it finishes another one starts automatically. In the past, there was "toggle" button in the top right corner to turn off the auto mode. There is no button visible here.

That is not just for playlists, Youtube plays the next recommended video, when autoplay is enabled.

The autoplay button is located within the Settings and in the top right corner.
You might be missing it maybe because are using some adblocker feature?

I use a Chrome extension Stop Youtube Autoplay. I also have Magic Actions for YouTube for other features, it also will stop Autoplay.

I'm sorry but there is no auto play button or settings in the top right corner here. Adblocker has no effect on this.

In the screenshot above there's no visible auto-play button. I recall enabling this button and it would magically disappear. After using the browser extension "stop Youtube autoplay" I've never had a problem.

After enabling auto-play using the video settings, the auto-play switch becomes visible in the upper right corner. The problem for me is that it simply doesn't stay visible with this method. No problem, the extension functions flawlessly.

Seems the Autoplay button only shows on a regular watch page.
