Autotune/syth using midi and wav file

So I am looking to take a wav file(zelda hey listen) then use auto tune of some sort to play in the sameish range as a midi file(zelda theme). I can change the timeing and such for better impact but I'll figure things out as I go, the first hurdle is finding something to work with.

If not that a virtual synth keyboard that I can use a wav file as its sound bank.

I know I know its a bit off planet subject wise, but my dyslexia is not helping me find anything.

Hi, if you're referring to volume normalisation, here are some ideas for starters:

I have a recording studio and have Autotune and Melodyne software but still not sure how you would do it.
Take a look at "Goldwave" an audio editor program as it has some frequency modifying capabilities.
Or post on the gearslutz recording forum

Ya its such an odd thing because I am dealing with 2 words. might have to force myself to sing up to a new music/audio specific forum, I can grasp the basic understanding of what needs to be done, one set the word/sounds to he tone of he music, or a part of the music, two stretch the sound/words where needed to better fix the music.. I can do this manually with a few things but matching to music is kinda beyond me. Its a dumb twitch alert idea that stays undead in my brain LOL
