Windows Media Player - Error C00D1199
Hi, I have been upgraded to Windows 10 about 2 weeks ago! And I am trying to play a video which has a mts or a mp4 file format, but what happens is that it wouldn't let me play the format on the computer and then the error brings up as C00D1199, so I am just wondering if the codec was corrupted or missing files after upgrading from Windows 8.1 (it worked fine on Windows 8.1 and had no problems with playing videos).
I have tested a video on a laptop which has Windows 10 upgraded on aswell. But on the laptop, it works like it meant to be! But why not the computer? Do you think it's something to do with the graphics compatibility? But as you know, the laptop has Intel i5 and the computer has AMD Radeon 7310 Graphics.
Will you find a solution to this problem?
Thanks!
PS: I don't want people asking me to install 3rd party media players such as VLC and 321 player and etc... Because, I tried it and they don't work (but the audio quality is great!). Or if anyone asking me to restore or refresh the computer = No way! It just corrupts even worse and what I need is a fix!
