    LOL!
    Okay but, you've been warned!!!

It will screw up stuff beyond repair, though; short of a clean install!

Then again, it's only a machine! Go for it! Take a secure image backup first!!!

That tool doesn't work in 1903 and above.

Warning: Do not attempt to remove the Cortana package using install_wim_tweak or the PowerShell, as it will break Windows Search and you will have to reinstall Windows!

I've used the above guide and you'd better be prepared for cumulative updates to fail if you remove certain things that an update targets.

    Possibly a better option:

If SearchUI.exe is using no resources (see my post above) I suggest there's no need to do anything more.

Quite simple with the version you are on:
Settings > Cortana > OFF for everything on that page.
Privacy > General > OFF for everything on that page.
    Privacy > Speech > OFF.
Privacy > Diagnostics & Feedback > Tailored experiences > OFF.
Privacy > Activity history > Probably Off for this page.
Privacy > Voice activication > OFF.
    Privacy > Calendar > Cortana > OFF.

Go down all the categories doing the same sort of thing.
    I'm not going thru everything.

The result of that is the Green leaf symbol(suspended) by Cortana in the Processes list.

You will also have attend to your Web Browsers deleting Temp files, History, Cortana off in Edge and so forth.

I simply don't have your long list in post #1, nor the Reg entries you are showing in post #3.

I do not use any other application or fiddle with Reg entries. Cortana is stopped. That is it, job done.
Search was separated from Cortana a few Win 10 updates ago.

This works quite well and safely. All you will have remaining is the Search in the taskbar.

Those Edge cookies are independent of Cortana itself (herself????). Bing search will use Edge=cookies. System uses Edge=cookies.

    I do not want them...

Do I have any other chance to avoid them?

    Thanks
