    Windows installer issue with Adobe


    Trying to update a cc product gets stuck and won't even cancel. Adobe say it's because 'another installer is running'. When I told them Windows installer was NOT running they jumped out and said it was a MS issue and I should ask here (!) Win 10 is up to date.

    It may not be a Windows installer running but some other program, usually rebooting corrects or stops that.

    Thanks. I must have rebooted a dozen times today. I have looked at services and tasks and can't identify any other installer.

    Yes I updated the cc desktop app first. I even tried downloading the program 'Bridge' standalone and got the same error.
