Thanks, but I don't see any such setting in Windows 10 Pro x64 20H2.
That's because in version 1703 that was current at the time of the answer ComputerDefaults.exe opened the Control Panel applet. In 20H2 it now opens the Settings app. As dalchina says, you need to start your own thread.
